Information that you provide us

Member Registration

When you become a 3Z Scale member you provide your name, cell phone, email address, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration form for personal identification and to allow us or our authorized dealers to contact you for customer service, if necessary. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message to activate your membership, to confirm your new member registration and for each order transaction you transact online.

We also ask for your country of residence, postal code, date of birth and gender. This information is not required to be a member of this site and is highlighted as optional information on your member profile page. As a member you will occasionally receive updates from us about special offers, new 3Z Scale services, and other noteworthy news items and these updates are better tailored to your interests when we have this information. Member Profile

Members can choose to have us store their credit card billing information. This information is used to assist members to reorder without having to type in the same information repeatedly. We do not store your credit card security code and instead ask for that information with each order transaction you undertake.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, if you are not already a 3Z Scale member, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile form. This information includes your name, cell phone, email address, password, and credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. We use this information to process your order, to notify you of your order's status and, if necessary, for us or an authorized dealer to contact you about an order. When you return to the site, we use this information to provide you with access to your order information.
